ANY cornmeal or grits will kill the ants, not just GMO. This is an old-fashioned “home remedy” that has been around for years. The ants eat the meal, then the meal swells inside the ants and they die, GMO or not.

I understand the fatigue with your new learning curve, Corri! Working with computers and new systems and programs is exhausting! Your schedule is hard, too, although I agree that a longer workday is great if you can compensate with a three-day weekend! So sorry to hear about your Grandma, and although she was probably very ready to go to heaven, there is a loss that remains. I’m sure there are always lessons to be learned here, too, with being the best we can be with our loved ones. And that’s the way I think of it…the best we CAN be. It sometimes takes awhile for our awareness to be clear. Life does feel so short sometimes, I think! Hugs, Debra
